Great News!!!!

I've finally lost over 100 pounds!!!! As of today, I've lost 102#!!!

Sooooo close.....

I've lost 99 pounds! I'm tempted to weigh every day this week until I hit the 100 pound mark!

8 months!!!

The other day I had to look at pictures of me last year at this time just to remind me of how far I've come! The picture on the left was at a wedding last July 25. The picture on the right was taken Saturday night, the 8 month anniversary of my surgery.

I'm 2 pounds away from losing 100 pounds. I am so thankful that I had the opportunity to have this surgery! Last year at this time, I was scheduled for the endoscopy and awaiting approval from the insurance company to cover my surgery. So glad it all worked out and went so well!

I'm still losing at a rate of about 5-7 pounds per month. I've got a few "mini" goals set as I get closer to maintenance! I still walk most days, "swim" many days, and I was able to ride Lena's bike on Saturday, so I hope to include bike riding in my exercising frequently.

One more step closer!

Today I reached another goal. I've lost 97 pounds and I am no longer "obese" on the charts!!! I hope to post soon when I reach the 100 pound mark!!!
